I had my veneers done in a rushed time period. I was worried at first because I was leaving the country and was afraid that I can’t complete the implant and veneers perfectly in time. Fortunately, why I rated them with a 5 star is because they can provide results in time and the most important thing is the results are perfect.

I have been to this dentist from when he opened long time ago. Everything always explained and treatment and checkups run smoothly . Nowadays with the covid precautions, I feel very comfortable as dentist and staff are striving to create a safe but also pleasant environment. I have recommended to my friends.

My thanks to my dentist Marie and colleagues for expertly replacing my missing front tooth(a vintage crown that decided to fail during Covid19) with a single denture. Her advise and skill has given me my smile back. Graham.

I have been to this dentist for many years and have always received great service! Reception staff are polite and helpful. Dr Zacharatos always explains the options and treatments required in detail, putting my mind at ease when feeling anxious. The practice is always very clean and I would highly recommend.

As an older couple we grew up when dentists seemed to be masochists. The machinery and methods that they used never seemed to take into consideration the discomfort and terror of their patients. So when we moved into Old Harlow about 20 years ago, with those memories fresh in our minds, finding a new dentist had a degree of trepidation about it. I am so pleased that we found Dr Zacharatos of the Old Harlow Dental Practice. He is gentle, patient and very caring. Over the years he has had needed to conduct extensive surgery and in all this time I have never once felt an iota of pain or distress. They maintain their knowledge and equipment so that their surgical expertise remains at the true leading edge. Their surgery is always immaculate and even during these exceptionally difficult and worrying times, you know that the risk of contracting COVID-19 is virtually zero. In addition to his professional conduct he and all of the staff at the surgery are pleasant and considerate. Thoroughly nice people, who put their patients at the forefront of all that they do. If like us, your experience of dental surgery is tainted, then you can leave all of that behind you if you place your dental care in the hands of these true professionals.

My whole family has used Dr Zacharatos's practice for over 10 years - I can't think why I've never done a review before....I had to go in recently for a filling replacement and the Covid safety procedures were spot-on and I didn't feel nervous at all. Dr Zacharatos is very skilled, very chilled and makes you feel comfortable! The reception staff are helpful and welcoming - really great all round!

As always, the staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. The Dentist was very pleasant and professional.

i had a bad pain in my tooth and i tried dental surgeries and 111 but there was no solution.i called old Harlow dental practice and found out humanity and kindness.The Girl who attended was so professional and nice and kind heart,she not only listened me in detail but also arranged a wonderful and again professional dentist who again listened me well and then prescribed the medicine.Moreover they did not charge me a penny for that service which is unbelievable. i went their in couple of hours and my prescription was ready.I have no words to say thank you very much to both of them.God bless them for ever.

I am an ongoing patient of this practice but, after a recent accident, I need quite a few appts and treatments. The practice staff were great and fitted me in urgently for my first appt as soon as I phoned having left the hospital. The dentist was absolutely brilliant and, along with the rest of the team, gave me outstanding treatment - I don’t have a single negative thing to say about my experience. During every appt I felt at ease, in good hands and didn’t experience any pain at all. He didn’t just rebuild my teeth, he took the extra time to make sure I looked like I did before the accident and that has gone a long way into boosting my confidence again. I would recommend this practice to anyone, you won’t be disappointed :)

I recently joined this Practice and was impressed by members of staff and their knowledge about treatments; professionalism and friendly approach by dentist, receptionists and nurses. Highly recommend this clinic.
